Job summary

BioRender is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our remote team, serving candidates across Canada and major U.S. metro areas. You will cultivate new leads, qualify inbound inquiries, and help build a strong sales pipeline for our bioscience software solutions.

You will research companies, craft tailored pitches, and partner with Account Executives to drive outbound activities while supporting BioRender’s growth and events. EST-friendly schedule encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting is preferred.
• Self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new leads (outbound) and create strong first impressions to build pipeline.
• Follow up and qualify inbound requests via telephone and email.
• Organize and prioritize leads in CRM and track conversions against quota.
• Become an expert on BioRender’s software features and benefits.
• Research companies and identify key stakeholders for new accounts.
• Develop customized pitches for target accounts and personas.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive outbound activities via calls and emails.
• Support field events and cross-team marketing initiatives.
