Job summary

rePurpose Global, a leading Packaging Sustainability & Compliance platform, is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to own top-funnel pipeline through inbound/outbound outreach. You’ll test messaging, target brands, and build a qualified pipeline in a fast-paced startup environment.

This remote role prefers candidates on the East Coast but supports nationwide work from home. You’ll engage decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn, collaborate with a high-performing sales team,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing or Business.
• 1–3 years SaaS/startup sales experience, including internships.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads via inbound/outbound tactics.

Responsibilities

• Own top-funnel pipeline generation with high-activity outreach.
• Follow up on inbound MQLs and prioritize based on engagement.
• Execute outbound prospecting to generate qualified pipeline.
• Refine messaging across channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot) with accurate data and next steps.
• Represent the company at events and source new leads.
