Job summary

rePurpose Global is seeking a curious, driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team. You will own top-of-funnel pipeline by engaging inbound and outbound prospects, identifying brands that can benefit from our platform, and creating opportunities through proactive outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.

This remote role prefers candidates located on the East Coast (New York City area favored).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing or Business with 1–3 years in SaaS/startup sales.
• Proven track record generating qualified leads via inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Clear, confident communicator across email and phone.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize outreach and follow-ups.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through inbound and outbound lead engagement.
• Follow up on MQLs within defined SLAs and prioritize based on engagement.
• Execute outbound prospecting to generate qualified pipeline with targeted research.
• Develop and test messaging across channels (phone, email, LinkedIn) for multiple personas.
• Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot) with accurate notes and next steps.
• Share learnings to improve outreach processes and team performance.
• Represent rePurpose Global at conferences and events to source leads and drive pipeline.
