Job summary

NXTThing RPO is seeking a Business Development Representative to build top-of-funnel pipeline for the sales team. This role owns outbound prospecting, conference follow-up, and long-cycle nurture sequences to keep NXTThing visible with the right buyers.

Ideal candidates are energized by research, outreach, and finding the right door into target accounts. You will work remotely with a high degree of self-direction and collaborate with BDDs to ensure smooth handoffs and measurable success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, sales coordination, or similar outbound-facing role.
• Strong written communication skills — concise, personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multi-sequence management.
• Comfort working remotely with self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Cold Outreach & ICP Prospecting.
• Execute outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn with research.
• Own post-conference lead process and qualified meetings.
• Manage nurture programs with marketing for warm prospects.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare pre-call materials.
• Amplify content and engage on LinkedIn.
