Job summary

Fresh Prints, a New York-based company building fully remote teams, is seeking a Business Development Representative to support LeafLink's sales engine by cleaning and organizing lead data, preparing outreach sequences, and enriching contacts.

This role does not involve direct prospect calling; you will focus on building clean outreach infrastructure and optimizing sales data workflows from India, with 8 AM to 5 PM EST hours and a culture that values learning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a BDR/SDR support or Sales Ops role.
• Experience with SaaS, fintech, or data-driven environments.
• CRM and sales tool proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and structure prospect lists in Salesforce/HubSpot.
• Build and stage email outreach sequences in SalesLoft, Apollo, or HubSpot.
• Research and enrich prospect data (emails, direct lines, software stack).
• Audit lead lists against qualification criteria before handing off to internal sales reps.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to organize target account lists and track sequence performance.
