Job summary

Frontier, a fully-remote subsidiary of Fresh Prints, is seeking a backend data engineer for Account Executives. You will organize lead data and enrich contacts to fuel outreach.

You will collaborate with AEs to structure target accounts, build clean outreach infrastructure, and optimize sales data workflows while operating remotely from India, EST hours. This role emphasizes data quality, automation, and scalable processes to support growth across SaaS and fintech clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in BDR/SDR support, Sales Operations, or Lead Generation in SaaS or fintech.
• Hands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and tools like SalesLoft, Apollo.
• High analytical aptitude with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Remote from India; EST hours.
