Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a motivated apprentice to join our Revenue Growth team as a 6-month apprenticeship in a remote India setting. You will support our BDRs by handling replies, scheduling meetings, and ensuring warm leads reach the right team promptly.

Expect training, a collaborative environment, and opportunities to grow into a future BDR role. The role requires English communication, strong organization, and the ability to work during US business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification
• Good communication skills in English; comfortable speaking with US-based business owners
• No prior experience required; training provided
• Friendly phone, text, email, and chat communication style
• Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people you haven't met before
• Ability to stay organized and keep track of follow-ups
• Comfortable juggling several tasks in a fast-paced day
• Patience and good listening skills
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Interest in sales and learning how a sales team works
• Able to work from home, on camera, in a quiet space
• Reliable high-speed internet at home
• Open to working US business hours, including some early mornings, late nights, or weekends
• Comfortable using a Mac with multiple monitors; learning tools like HighLevel CRM, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Learning HighLevel's products and customer base (agencies, small businesses, SaaSpreneurs)
• Answering replies to BDR outreach across calls, texts, chats, and emails
• Booking meetings and demos on BDR calendars and sending invites
• Calling, texting, and emailing customers to confirm and remind them about meetings
• Following up with customers who missed meetings and helping them reschedule
• Asking questions to understand customer needs before passing to a BDR
• Passing warm leads to the right BDR quickly
• Welcoming customers into video meetings and connecting them to their BDR
• Logging conversations and next steps in CRM
• Helping customers with basic questions or routing to Support or Trial Experience
• Setting reminders and keeping follow-ups on track
• Joining team meetings, call reviews, and trainings to learn more about sales
• Being flexible; other tasks may arise as the business changes
