In this remote role, you will help shape the future of the BDR organization, which is expected to double over the next 12–18 months. Ideal candidates should have previous BDR experience, management skills, and a fintech background is a plus. Competitive compensation of $90,000–$125,000 OTE plus equity is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BDR or SDR before moving into leadership.
• Experience leading a BDR or SDR team as a manager or player-coach.
• Track record of coaching reps to quota and managing pipeline metrics.
• Fintech background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach 7–9 BDRs through weekly meetings.
• Own ramp and performance management.
• Drive AE+BDR pod motion and creative outbound strategies.
• Partner with Head of Sales Development on strategy and hiring.
