BILL is hiring a front-line leader to take over an existing, fully remote outbound team of 10 BDRs: 6 Mid-Market, 3 Growth, and 1 Principal. Your team books meetings for our Mid-Market, Growth, and Principal AEs, and your success will be measured by whether those opportunities convert to revenue.

You’ll report directly to the Head of BDR and collaborate with Marketing, AE leadership, and Sales leadership. We’re an AI-native company using Claude, Gemini, and Glean to automate tasks so reps focus

Qualifications

• 2+ years in frontline sales leadership
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing sellers
• Strong partnership with Marketing and AE leadership
• Experience with AI-assisted selling a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a remote team of 10 BDRs with high performance standards
• Conduct weekly 1:1s focused on coaching and career growth
• Hold team huddles to review performance and forecasts
• Collaborate with Marketing and AE leadership to improve lead quality
• Present team results on forecasting calls
• Build repeatable playbooks and messaging for scalable growth
• Use data to optimize coaching and rep performance
