Job summary

Flex is seeking a Business Development Representative Manager to lead a remote USA BDR team within the Sales organization. You will coach seven to nine BDRs, drive quota performance, and work with account executives on a joint sales motion.

The role operates as a player-coach with weekly one-to-ones, call reviews, and pipeline reviews. Prior BDR/SDR leadership and fintech exposure are highly valued, with remote locations including San Francisco, Miami, and New York.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BDR/SDR teams.
• Experience in fast-moving startups.
• Fintech experience strongly preferred.
• Quota coaching and pipeline metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead seven to nine BDRs; conduct weekly 1:1s, call reviews, and pipeline reviews.
• Own ramp and performance management for the BDRs.
• Partner with account executives to turn qualified activity into opportunities.
• Drive the AE and BDR pod motion across the team.
• Hire and onboard new BDRs; collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Ops, Enablement, and Recruiting.
