The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative to qualify leads and pass opportunities to our sales channels for consignor acquisition.

This fully remote role in EST requires strong communication skills, a proactive outreach approach, and the ability to work one weekend day. You will nurture leads via phone/text/email, use Salesforce and other CRM tools, and educate prospects on the consignment process, brands accepted, and pricing expectations.

• Comfortability using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM.

• Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week).
• Must be able to work one weekend day - shifts Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for prospective clients (leads) interested in consigning at The RealReal.
• Qualify marketing generated leads through daily outreach, while fielding inbound inquiries.
• Pass qualified leads to appropriate sales channel to close into new consignment business.
• Nurture leads through ongoing follow-up via phone/text/email.
• Utilize internal tools and resources to educate leads on consignment process, brands accepted, pricing expectations and next steps.
