Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking self-motivated individuals to join our Sales team as Business Development Representatives. You will qualify leads, pass them to the right sales channel, and nurture relationships to grow consignor business.

This fully remote role requires excellent communication, organization, and a customer-centric mindset. Eligible locations include multiple US states; the role emphasizes a competitive, fast-paced environment with benefits and performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• Weekend day availability: Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu.

Responsibilities

• Act as first contact for prospective consignors.
• Qualify marketing-generated leads and field inbound inquiries.
• Pass qualified leads to the correct sales channel to close consignments.
• Nurture leads with phone/text/email follow-ups.
• Educate leads on the consignment process, brand acceptance, and pricing expectations.
