Job summary

Nucleus Security is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to turn inbound interest into qualified pipeline and coordinate ABX outbound with our marketing team.

You’ll own fast responses, sharpen discovery, and book high-quality meetings for our account executives, while representing Nucleus at major security events and through virtual outreach. This fully remote role pays $60k–$85k OTE and rewards coaching and growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in sales or business development—BDR/SDR or similar customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound inquiries and respond quickly with qualification.
• Support ABX outbound using named accounts and intent signals.
• Personalize outreach using AI tools and craft credible messaging.
• Manage inbound routing and follow-up in CRM and related tools.
• Represent Nucleus at major security events and drive qualified meetings.
