Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience.
• Strong phone presence and cold outreach skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Pipedrive or similar).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with measurable performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Make daily outbound calls to targeted prospects from lead lists.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of 100–200 active leads across ~50 accounts.
• Identify opportunities and convert MQLs to SQLs.
