Zephyr Drone Simulator seeks a Business Development Representative to fill the pipeline with high-volume outreach. You will target organizations, reach decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn, and book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.

You will build your own target lists, track numbers, and receive coaching from the VP of Sales as you prove yourself. This fully remote role offers a direct path to an Account Executive role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales or sales-related role.
• Ability to build targeted prospect lists using data.
• Strong written and verbal communication; thrives remotely.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists by industry and territory.
• Qualify prospects and book discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain activity and pipeline reports in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with VP of Sales during coaching sessions.
