LEADCO is seeking a remote Business Development Manager to join its outbound sales team via Interclara. This independent contractor role emphasizes phone outreach, qualification of opportunities and scheduling meetings for clients, with a focus on performance-based compensation.

Hourly pay starts at $25/hour with potential increases to $30/hour after quota and $40/hour for weeks meeting full quota. Year 1 OTE is approximately $80,000–$90,000, with top performers earning $100,000+.

Qualifications

• Dependable and self-motivated with the ability to work remotely.
• Comfortable speaking with people on the phone and initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Willing to follow a proven outbound sales process and be coachable.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Follow established scripts, messaging and outreach processes.
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers to identify opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for clients.
• Record call activity and maintain organized follow-up records.
• Meet weekly and monthly calling and meeting targets.
• Participate in coaching and refine delivery and call quality.
• Represent LEADCO professionally and with integrity.
