Hubexo is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive sales for our rapidly growing North America team. This 100% remote role involves targeting high-value prospects, daily outreach, and scheduling qualified meetings while traveling to industry events as needed.

The position offers a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 plus commission accelerators to help you exceed OTE. We value strong communication, empathy, and a drive to advance within a sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within your territory to identify high-value targets.
• Use the sales tech stack to conduct daily cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate new opportunities by scheduling qualified meetings from outreach and events.
• Manage a pipeline of warm leads and maintain engagement through regular follow-up.
• Identify best practices and refine your prospecting strategy as you grow in the role.
• Measure results and collaborate with your manager to optimize performance.
