Hubexo is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive sales for our North America team. This 100% remote role may require travel to events and meetings, and uses cold calling, email and LinkedIn to generate meetings.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, high empathy and a problem-solving mindset, with a goal to advance in sales. Base salary is $50,000–$60,000 plus commissions, plus health/dental/vision, 401K, paid holidays and remote work.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect within your territory to identify high-value targets.
• Utilize sales tech stack for daily cold calling, email and LinkedIn to generate opportunities.
• Generate meetings by phone, email, LinkedIn and events.
• Manage a pipeline of warm leads with regular follow-up.
• Identify best practices and refine prospecting strategies.
• Measure results with your manager to optimize performance.
