Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated SDR to build the top of the sales funnel in a fully remote role. You will initiate conversations, book appointments, and support our sales team without closing deals yourself.

You’ll work from home with a focus on getting qualified meetings, backed by creative outreach and a commission structure that rewards performance. Training and growth opportunities are emphasized within a stable, long-term role.

Qualifications

• Must be persuasive and coachable with hustle.
• Self-driven with discipline while working remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of calls; this is the core task.
• Diligently follow up; most appointments occur on later touches.
• Use email, calls, and creative drop-offs to turn cold accounts into meetings.
• Research decision-makers at target accounts and keep contact data updated in HubSpot.
• Log every interaction in HubSpot to ensure no details are missed.
• Qualify appointments using a clear scorecard before routing to sales.
