Trimble Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to bridge marketing and sales for Transporeon and Trimble's transportation technology solutions.

You will identify new opportunities, qualify inbound leads, and outbound prospecting to build a healthy sales pipeline across North America. You’ll collaborate with marketing and sales teams, present at industry events, and nurture relationships that power the global supply chain.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and nurture new sales opportunities.
• Experience conducting initial discovery calls and product demos.
• Comfort collaborating with Marketing to analyze trends and craft messaging.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and nurture new sales opportunities through proactive inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct initial discovery calls and demonstrations to identify customer needs, qualify prospects, and transition deals to sales representatives.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to analyze market trends, craft messaging, and drive strategic outreach in key industry verticals.
• Engage with global team members across time zones to align on pipeline growth and cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrate passion for starting or advancing a career in business development, software sales, or customer engagement.
• Manage multiple outreach streams with high self-motivation and time management.
