Hubexo is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive sales for our North America team. This 100% remote role focuses on prospecting, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to build a healthy pipeline while traveling to industry events occasionally.

Reside in the US (states listed). Strong communication, empathy, and a drive to advance in sales are essential. Base salary is $50,000–$60,000 with commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect within territory to identify and research high-value targets.

• Generate new meetings by phone, email, LinkedIn, and occasional live events.
• Manage a pipeline of warm leads with regular follow-up.
• Identify best practices and continuously improve prospecting strategies.
• Measure results and collaborate with manager to optimize performance.
