Employee Retention Benefits, Inc. is seeking a remote Business Development Representative (BDR) for Enrollment Outreach. The role sits with the Revenue Team covering LA County and LA City, with one seat to start and a target start by Nov 1, 2026.

Reports to the Director of Revenue and collaborates with Sales Managers and field agents. The BDR will prospect, call and qualify department contacts, book locations, document in the CRM, and report weekly on activities and outcomes.

Competenze

• Outbound prospecting, appointment-setting, business-development experience.
• CRM proficiency and disciplined follow-up and documentation habits.
• Resilience and judgment to prioritize legitimate booked supply over activity volume.
• Comfortable making many calls a day to government department contacts, clearly and courteously.
• Available during Pacific-time business hours.

Mansioni

• Prospect LA County and LA City departments and locations in the approved geography.
• Call and qualify department contacts to identify the decision-maker.
• Book a date or window and hand the location to the territory's Sales Manager.
• Document location data in the master tracker and CRM for each location.
• Report weekly confirmed appointments and metrics to leadership.
