Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Business Development Representative capable of driving outbound prospecting for a remote, field-facing role in Texas or California. You will build a qualified pipeline through multi-touch outreach, targeting hospitals, behavioral health facilities, and school districts.

In this entry-level sales role, you’ll attend 4 conferences per year, participate in weekly team meetings, and contribute to quota attainment with strong activity.

Qualifications

• 1+ year post-graduate BDR/SDR experience preferred.
• Experience with high-volume outbound prospecting and multi-touch outreach.
• Ability to perform 375+ sales activities per week.
• Proven KPI attainment (quota, meetings, activity).

Responsibilities

• Prospect into hospitals, behavioral health facilities, school districts and other institutions
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails
• Identify decision-makers and build relationships
• Qualify opportunities and hand off to sales team
• Maintain accurate Salesforce notes and follow-up
• Attend weekly sales meetings
