Job summary

Amtivo Group is seeking a Business Development Representative (Digital Assurance) to build pipeline for the Sales team, existing clients, and partner network. You will book qualified meetings via outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up, and identify upsell opportunities with the right Amtivo teams.

Join a remote role (Eastern Standard Time) with a commission structure and PTO. Experience in certification, compliance, cybersecurity, or professional services is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years experience in business development, inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, or outbound prospecting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident conducting high-volume outbound prospecting activities.
• Able to ask the right questions to uncover needs and opportunities for Amtivo and partners.
• Excellent organizational, time management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• New business prospecting: generate qualified opportunities via outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Upsell sourcing: identify upsell opportunities and set meetings with the right account owner; source referrals.
• Pipeline and reporting: maintain CRM records and achieve targets for activity, pipeline and referrals.
