Job summary

Onclusive is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to drive outbound outreach and qualify opportunities for our sales team. You will research target accounts in Marketing, PR, and Communications, then engage leaders through calls, emails and LinkedIn to set up meetings.

You will qualify prospects, hand off to Account Executives, and collaborate with Marketing and Solutions Consultants to maximize conversions, while maintaining clean CRM data and pipeline momentum.

Qualifications

• Experience in a BDR/SDR role or similar, building target lists and researching accounts.
• Strong multi-channel outreach skills (phone, email, social) and ability to spark interest.
• Experience qualifying leads and moving them through the pipeline using standard frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts and decision-makers in Marketing, PR & Communications.
• Execute multi-channel outreach to generate qualified meetings.
• Qualify leads and assess fit for Account Executives.
• Schedule sales-qualified meetings and ensure smooth handoffs.
