Job summary

RemotePass is seeking a thoughtful Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing, remote-first team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, researching target markets and building relationships at all levels to lay the foundation for revenue growth.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or SaaS, fluent Arabic and English, superb communication, and the ability to handle high-activity outbound outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, recruitment, or similar role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients in target markets and build a reliable pipeline of leads.
• Maintain outbound activity with a daily cadence of outreach to decision makers.
• Conduct consultative discovery to uncover client pain points in global hiring and compliance.
• Engage via phone, email, and social channels to generate interest in RemotePass.
• Schedule demos and coordinate with account executives to move opportunities forward.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM and collaborate with sales and marketing.
