Job summary

Task Talent Recruitment Ltd (Company No. 15839695) is seeking self-employed appointment setters and BDRs to open conversations with new client companies across the UK. This is a remote, self-employed, commission-only role with uncapped earnings and flexible hours.

You will reach out by phone, email or LinkedIn, qualify leads and book appointments for our team, with a potential Set-and-Close path for higher commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, appointment setting, business development or B2B sales (recruitment experience is a strong advantage).
• Confident, professional phone manner and strong written communication skills.
• Self-motivation and comfort managing your own pipeline as a self-employed contractor.
• UK-based, with a good grasp of UK telemarketing compliance (CTPS, PECR), or willingness to be trained on it.

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying target client companies using approved data sources.
• Contacting key decision-makers by phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualifying leads and booking appointments for our recruitment team.
• Set-and-Close track: taking the client relationship through to a completed placement.
• Recording all activity accurately in our CRM.
