OpenAsset - Axomic Ltd. is hiring a Business Development Representative to join our global team in New York City. This phone-first role focuses on turning cold and warm leads into scheduled meetings for Account Executives, with a target to move prospects through the GTM process.

You';ll work on objections, build rapport, and address the daily pain points of AEC professionals. We embrace a flexible hybrid policy and require 3 days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in the AEC industry, ideally within the proposal process.
• Confidence on the phone and a strong work ethic.
• Resilient and comfortable hearing “no” often.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of the day on the phone calling cold and warm leads.
• Master the cold call to set qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Handle objections in real time and keep conversations moving.
• Listen actively and connect with AEC pain points.
• Proactively seek new opportunities across target accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to set meetings and drive sales.
