Job summary

Wheelhouse DMG in the United States pursues a remote Business Development Representative role to partner with our Growth Manager. You’ll nurture inbound interest from healthcare, MedTech, and privacy-first brands, qualify leads, and book meetings.

This fully remote role requires strong written communication, CRM proficiency, and experience with HubSpot. Travel to industry events is expected, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar business development role.
• Familiarity with MedTech or healthcare industries is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple channels and venues including trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Own nurture of all current leads in HubSpot and build relationships before introducing to Growth Manager.
• Run proactive, multi-channel outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
• Personalize outreach based on lead’s company and role.
• Qualify leads against the ideal customer profile and lead scoring before meetings.
• Re-engage stalled or dormant leads.
