Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager – North America. The role focuses on accelerating growth in Pall’s Food & Beverage business across the United States and Canada, acquiring new customers and reviving inactive accounts.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, North America – Food & Beverage, you will identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive recurring revenue while traveling up to 70% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development in technical products, industrial equipment, or manufacturing solutions with filtration experience preferred.
• Experience prospecting, developing, and acquiring new industrial/manufacturing customers.
• Experience managing technical sales opportunities from qualification to negotiation and order conversion.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage opportunities and pipeline forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospective customers with no existing relationship to Pall to expand the North America base.
• Develop and execute targeted customer acquisition and win-back strategies.
• Engage with engineers, operations, procurement to identify filtration/separation needs and solutions.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through evaluations, negotiations, and orders with regional teams.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline and provide market intelligence to support growth.
