Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development with technical products.
• Experience prospecting, developing, and acquiring new industrial customers.
• Experience managing opportunities from qualification to order conversion and using CRM for pipeline forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business with untapped and inactive accounts across the US and Canada.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition and win-back strategies.
• Engage cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical and commercial solutions.
• Lead opportunities from engagement through negotiation to orders; maintain a strong pipeline.
