Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of business-to-business sales or business development experience with technical products, industrial equipment, or manufacturing solutions.
• Experience prospecting, developing, and acquiring new industrial or manufacturing customers.
• Experience managing technical sales opportunities from qualification to negotiation and order conversion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospective customers with no existing purchasing relationship, and recover inactive accounts to expand the North America base.
• Develop and execute targeted customer acquisition and win-back strategies, including prospecting and qualification.
• Engage engineering, operations, procurement, and other decision-makers to identify filtration and separation needs and craft solutions.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through evaluations, negotiations, and orders, coordinating with regional teams.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline and provide market intelligence to support growth.
