Job summary

GFT is seeking a Senior BD & Proposal Manager to join our West Team and support opportunities across NorCal, SoCal, Washington, or Arizona. The role follows a remote work model and requires experience with Transportation clients in California.

The Strategic Growth Office drives enterprise-wide growth, aligning talent, insights, and strategy to win complex, high-impact proposals. The BD & Proposal Manager is a senior role that leads internal BD support for one or more regional business lines,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, journalism, communications, or applicable field is required.
Must have the requisite experience in California.

Responsibilities

Own cradle-to-grave internal support from client management through proposal development.
Lead multiple large, long-term, complex pursuits concurrently.
Oversee interview development and provide input to the Manager for oversight.
Coordinate with MARCOM to define needs and develop strategic plan recommendations for the business line.
Supervise one or more assistant proposal specialists as assigned and ensure quality control.
