Job summary

GFT is seeking a Business Development & Proposal Manager to join our West Team in NorCal, SoCal, Washington or Arizona. This role follows a remote work model and must have experience with Transportation clients in the state of California.

The BD & Proposal Manager is a senior role that leads internal BD support across cradle-to-grave activities, coordinating with client managers and capture teams to develop winning proposals and strategies.

Qualifications

• Normally a 4-year degree required in English, marketing, journalism, communications, or applicable field is required
• Must have the requisite experience in California

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave internal support from client management through proposal development for the BD lifecycle
• Manage proposals and ensure alignment with capture strategy and winning themes
• Oversee capture planning activities and maintain CRM/documentation
• Develop client relationships and support regional/global business lines
