Jobgether SRL is seeking a Business Development Leader for Software & PLC Solutions in the United States. The role drives growth across North America, building strategic relationships with customers, channels, OEMs, and integrators to accelerate commercial success.

You will shape market strategies, identify opportunities, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver software-led automation solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical or business field.
• Minimum 8 years in industrial automation, software, or related tech markets with growth track record.
• Strong ability to develop new markets, pipelines, and manage complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute North America business development strategies for industrial software and PLC solutions.
• Identify industries, territories, and partners to grow market penetration and revenue.
• Advance opportunities with customers early through compelling value propositions and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain a measurable pipeline and support CRM, forecasting, and opportunity reviews.
• Collaborate with regional sales, channel leaders, OEMs, and integrators to improve market coverage and effectiveness.
• Establish executive-level relationships with key customers and partners.
