Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior transformation leader to own the SDLC/DevOps modernization portfolio for strategic accounts in the United States. You will partner with sales, design solution approaches, and define repeatable offerings that drive client outcomes and revenue growth.

You will guide executive briefings, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and translate complex technologies into business value for C-suite stakeholders, with a focus on AI-driven delivery, platform engineering, and

Qualifications

10+ years of consulting or professional services experience with leadership roles.
Experience in enterprise sales, commercial leadership, or managing transformation pursuits.
Proven ability to scale offerings and go-to-market initiatives across large accounts.
Strong SDLC modernization expertise including CI/CD, release management, and value-stream metrics.
Experience applying AI/LLM capabilities to enterprise delivery and security practices.
Hands-on or architectural depth in Kubernetes/EKS, IaC, and observability.

Responsibilities

Own the SDLC and DevOps transformation portfolio across strategic and enterprise accounts.
Partner with Account Executives to qualify and close transformation opportunities.
Lead transformation consulting from discovery to close.
Develop account strategies spanning governance, cloud, security, and AI.
Define offerings, pricing assumptions, and supporting proof points.
Turn engagements into repeatable methodologies and accelerators.
Design end-to-end transformation frameworks across operating models and adoption.
Lead solution development for complex engagements with Atlassian, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
Lead executive briefings, QBRs, and joint campaigns to generate demand.
Act as trusted advisor to senior executives and partner with delivery teams on value realization.
