Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Demand Management Leader - Integrated Solutions in the United States. You will lead demand and proposal management for multi-billion opportunites, coordinating with commercial, sales, operations, and global supply chain teams to align customer demand with capacity and strategic priorities.

You will transform complex data into executive insights, own S&OP reporting, manage high-value proposals, and strengthen customer relationships during the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, finance, or related discipline.
• At least eight years of experience in strategic marketing, sales ops, or commercial finance, preferably in power.
• Experience coordinating proposals and aligning requirements with operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Financial analysis skills and understanding of commercial economics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint.
• Ability to simplify processes, standardize workflows, and influence stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking to address evolving business needs and risks.
• Creative problem-solving for complex commercial environments.
• Experience working with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Leadership and influence without relying solely on formal authority.
• Customer orientation and ability to deliver integrated solutions.
• Work authorization to operate in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand management across business units, aligning enterprise demand with supply and priorities.
• Develop tools to improve visibility into manufacturing capacity and demand forecasts.
• Consolidate enterprise data into visualizations and reports for senior leadership.
• Own reporting processes for S&OP, monitor demand and pipeline performance.
• Audit order pipelines and improve data integrity for reliable analytics.
• Coordinate cross-business proposals delivering integrated customer solutions on time.
• Define proposal scope, schedules, costs, and risks with sales and risk teams.
• Engage customers as primary interface for integrated opportunities and negotiations.
• Partner with excellence teams to optimize demand management and proposal development.
• Document standard operating procedures to improve reporting consistency.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across regions and business units.
