Job summary

E Tech Group is expanding its Business Development team in the United States to accelerate growth across markets. The ideal candidate will spearhead new business opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and craft expansion strategies to amplify market presence.

You will lead solution selling, qualify applications, access new plant locations, and develop high-level relationships at corporate levels to position E Tech Group as a main automation partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or technical field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in engineering solutions, industrial automation, or controls industries.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, operational challenges, and technical solutions used by customers.
• CRM and sales tools proficiency, including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate opportunities, building lasting client relationships.
• Master solution selling by listening to client challenges and positioning E Tech Group as a trusted advisor.
• Position E Tech Group as a main automation partner through project and solution success at accounts.
• Craft and close deals by developing compelling technical proposals and pursuing orders.
• Manage pipeline with accurate forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Develop strategic partnerships with vendors and subcontractors to meet market demands.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on initiatives, progress, and trends.
• Be an ambassador embodying E Tech Group core values and driving team development.
