Job summary

Motorola Solutions, including Silvus Technologies, seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Air Force. You will bridge RF capabilities with Air Force requirements, support field tests, and present technical demonstrations across airborne and expeditionary networks.

The role involves up to 50% travel with a strong collaboration across engineering and business development teams, and requires US citizenship and security clearance.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Computer/Network Engineering or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years in systems Eng/defense tech roles; OR HS diploma with 5+ years of relevant tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze USAF priorities and map requirements to radio solutions.
• Plan field trials, configurations, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering and BD teams for benchmarks.
• Support demonstrations for airborne and expeditionary networking.
• Develop responses for RFIs/RFPs and engage with stakeholders.
