Motorola Solutions and its Silvus Technologies unit seek a Business Development Engineer for US Air Force programs. You will bridge RF tech with customer requirements, support field trials, and present demonstrations to AF stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field with 2–5 years in systems engineering, technical business development or defense tech roles.
• Exposure to Software-Defined Radios (SDRs) and IP-based routing protocols is preferred.
• Security clearance: Government SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support technical planning, network configuration, and field trials for airborne, surface, and expeditionary environments.
• Develop and present technical demonstrations for Air Force stakeholders and partners.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs and coordinate with business development teams.
