Motorola Solutions, with Silvus Technologies as a subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer for US Air Force programs. You will bridge RF capabilities with DoD requirements, lead technical demonstrations, and support field trials nationwide, with up to 50% travel and a 100% remote option depending on location.

You will collaborate with engineering and business development to ensure technically sound architectures, and engage with Air Force stakeholders to advance strategic priorities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related C5ISR field with 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in systems engineering, technical business development, or defense technology roles.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant technical or defense experience.

Mansioni

• Support field tests, customer meetings, and demonstrations across airborne, surface, expeditionary environments.
• Configure networks and plan demonstrations with the Applications Engineering team.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs and coordinate with Air Force program offices and labs.
