Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive new growth in a remote role while residing in the greater Seattle area. The position targets Fortune 1000 clients and offers uncapped commissions on top of a base salary.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of direct B2B sales, a proven track record in large-scale deals, and stability in employment history. Expect long, complex sales cycles and high-performance revenue generation.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to twelve months).
History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
