Job summary

Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate for a fully remote role, split between BD research and turning engineer notes into client case studies. You will work closely with leadership and the engineering team to win and maintain client relationships.

The ideal candidate communicates credibly about backend systems, has strong writing and research skills, and has experience in outreach roles such as sales, marketing, or recruiting. Remote work is available nationwide.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills and ability to craft concise, personalized outreach and longer-form case studies.
• Solid research skills: online digging, source evaluation, and summarization of what matters.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, marketing, recruiting, or outreach roles (internships count).
• Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot or Apollo; comfortable using Gmail, Sheets, Docs.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients across games and media to assess fit and document reasoning.
• Draft personalized cold emails and follow-ups with review before sending.
• Turn engineering/project notes into client case studies following our format.
• Support leadership with research, document prep, and day-to-day needs.
