Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coord Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and manage site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.

You will use Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and spreadsheets to maintain records, create POs, monitor work status, and resolve discrepancies, while supporting prevailing-wage compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity.
