Job summary

ENGIE North America seeks a Project Coord Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with a focus on battery storage sites. You will coordinate maintenance, track work status, and resolve invoice discrepancies while collaborating with regional managers, technicians, customers, and vendors.

You will document field activity using Salesforce, Scoop, and Coupa, review reports, and ensure compliance with prevailing-wage requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar project activities.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments and related compliance.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, POs, invoices, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions with service managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.
• Maintain service records in Salesforce, create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice issues.
• Support wage compliance by validating contractor information and coordinating with ENGIE legal and tax resources.
