Job summary

ENGIE North America seeks a Project Coord Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of battery storage assets. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and manage site interventions with service teams, customers, and vendors using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and spreadsheets.

You will also assist with wage compliance, audit-ready documents, and stakeholder coordination while traveling up to 10% domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of coordination experience.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments and compliance.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, and PO processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity.
• Coordinate invoice, payment, and documentation issue resolution.
• Support federal prevailing-wage compliance and documentation.
