Job summary

ENGIE North America invites applications for a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions with regional teams, customers, and vendors, using Salesforce, Coupa, and Scoop to track work and resolve discrepancies.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of coordinating complex projects, including in prevailing-wage environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree required.
• Experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or field-service activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and related compliance tasks.
• Ability to manage contractors, technicians, vendors, and multiple work streams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and support other assets as needed.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, attach documents, and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, monitor parts, and resolve invoice and documentation issues.
