Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager - Battery & Integrators to lead national sales with battery manufacturers and system integrators across North America, focusing on utility‑scale energy storage projects.

This role owns revenue growth, develops commercial frameworks, and coordinates with Legal, Tendering, Procurement, Product Management, and regional Sales to move opportunities from qualification through order intake.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering, energy, or business field.
• Proven track record in national strategic accounts and complex contract negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of utility-scale BESS, PCS/inverter tech, and grid interconnection requirements.

Aufgaben

• Own North American sales strategy and account plans for priority battery manufacturers and integrators.
• Develop commercial frameworks and contracting structures to accelerate PCS adoption.
• Coordinate with Legal, Tendering, Procurement, Product Management, and regional Sales to move opportunities from qualification to order intake.
• Develop account plans, opportunity strategies, and sales forecasts for strategic customers.
• Translate global capabilities into North American opportunities and establish repeatable offerings.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and account strategies to the North American sales org.
