Job summary
Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a Sales Manager, Battery & Integrators to drive nationwide revenue growth with battery manufacturers and system integrators across North America.
You will own commercial interfaces for Power Conversion Solutions and build account plans, frameworks, and contracts that support utility-scale energy storage projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to identify, qualify, develop, and close opportunities, translating relationships into North American opportunities
Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience in energy storage or related fields.
- Experience selling to battery manufacturers, integrators, EPCs, developers, utilities, or asset owners.
- Understanding of utility-scale BESS, PCS/inverter tech, and grid interconnection requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own national sales engagement with battery manufacturers and system integrators across North America.
- Develop account plans, commercial frameworks, and contractual arrangements for PCS solutions.
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close PCS opportunities with cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead technical sales engagement and support solution development with engineering, product, procurement and legal teams.
- Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.
