Candidates should have a High School Diploma, inbound call center experience, strong verbal and listening skills, and comfort with computer systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous inbound call center experience in financial services is preferred.
• Strong customer service, verbal, listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible hours and schedule changes.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers via phone, resolving inquiries across accounts and services.
• Identify customer problems, communicate resolutions, and report trends to management.
• Assist with digital banking support, including password resets and MFA issues.
• Protect customer information and perform authentication on each call.
• Promote virtual branch solutions and meet productivity goals.
